We put on a family concert for your elementary school, and the proceeds benefit your PTA! *Have your PTA president or fundraising chairperson contact us to set it up. DETAILS Being parents of school children ourselves, we understand the importance of the PTA and its goals of enriching our children's education. We also understand your need to raise money to accomplish those goals. The Brian Waite Band would like to help with our "no risk" fundraiser. Our plan is simple. We finance and organize a concert for your students and their families at your local High School Theater (or your elementary school), then simply give you 50% of the profits! In addition, we give you 10% of our merchandise sales! Our approach is successful because it is exciting, professional and an event that the whole family can do together. Concerts are exciting! Parents know that. Kids know that, too. The anticipation of live music, flashing lights and an energetic band mixed with a large, enthusiastic crowd will get the entire school community energized and behind the event. It will also motivate families that may not participate in other approaches to get involved and come to the show. What The Brian Waite Band brings to this equation of success is professionalism. Our music has won honors in international, songwriting contests and is being played in homes, schools and on radio stations all over the world. We have performed in family concerts throughout the Western United States and received positive reviews from both clients and concert-goers. Most importantly, though, we love what we do and take pride in putting on a great show that Mom, Dad and the kids all like. That is a unique strength of The Brian Waite Band concerts; they are events that the whole family can enjoy together. Mom and Dad get a chance to be more involved than when they are simply buying products, pledging money or watching their kids at a dance. They get to participate in the event itself! They get to sing, dance and laugh along with their children, while at the same time, helping support their PTA. The Nitty Gritty Your Responsibilities - Deliver our concert flyers to your students. - Advertise the concert in your publications and mailers. - Cash our check. That's it! Our Responsibilities - We pay for everything. - We contact your local High School Theater (or your elementary school) and rent it out for a mutually convenient date. - We deliver our concert flyers to students via you. - Each student takes a flyer home. Parents order tickets from us online or through the mail (if event is at the school, tickets are sold at door only). - We design and provide marketing materials for the concert. - We handle all customer inquiries and service. - We deliver the tickets. - We coordinate with the theater staff to produce the concert. - Within 3 weeks of the concert date, we send you a detailed financial statement and your share of the profits.
